Legal Agreements

After receiving medical clearance, the intended parents’ legal team will draft a surrogacy agreement. Your legal team will review and negotiate the agreement to ensure your rights are protected. The intended parents will cover all legal fees. Once the agreement is signed and notarized, you’ll receive a legal clearance to proceed, along with a $1000 bonus within 5 working days.
